Return & Refund Policy

At GT Urban Room, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to provide excellent products and service, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Below are our clear and transparent policies regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and other related matters.

1. General Return Terms

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for customers to request a return or refund if they are not satisfied with their purchase.

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@gturbanroom.com with the following information:

  • Your Order ID or proof of purchase (product SKU, invoice, etc.)
  • A clear statement of whether you’re requesting a return or refund
  • Photo or video proof of the product issue

Note: Returns are only accepted for orders reported within 30 days of delivery.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

An item is considered defective or damaged if:

  • It differs in size, color, or design from what was ordered
  • It is visibly damaged or torn during production or transit

Exclusions: Damages caused by customer misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days and provide photo or video evidence. We will respond within 5 business days with return instructions.

3. Dissatisfaction with Product or Service

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or our service, please:

  • Email us at support@gturbanroom.com
  • Clearly describe your concerns or dissatisfaction
  • Include any supporting evidence (e.g., product photos, unboxing videos, screenshots of relevant communication)

We’ll review your complaint internally and respond within 5 business days with a decision. If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Label via email.

Return Shipping is Free – We cover all return shipping costs upon approval.

4. Return Process – Step by Step

  1. Submit Request: Email us within 30 days of receiving the product with your Order ID and proof (photo/video).
  2. Review & Approval: Our team will verify the issue within 5 business days and email you a Return Label if approved.
  3. Return Product: Print and attach the Return Label to the original packaging and ship the product back.
  4. Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm and proceed with a refund or replacement based on your preference.

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Claims made after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible.

5. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, email us at support@gturbanroom.com. Cancellation terms depend on when your request is received:

  • Within 12 hours of successful payment: 100% refund
  • After 12 hours: Cancellation is no longer possible. The order will be processed and shipped as normal.

Cancellation requests are counted in real-time, including weekends and holidays.

6. Modifying Your Order

Once an order is placed, product specifications (size, color, design) cannot be changed.
However, you may update the delivery address within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email.

After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as the item may already be scheduled for shipment.

7. Missing Orders

If you believe your package is missing:

  • First, check the tracking information using your Order ID
  • Inspect your mailbox, doorstep, or surroundings
  • Ask neighbors or household members

If the package is still missing, contact us at support@gturbanroom.com. We will respond within 2 business days.

If the loss is verified to be the carrier’s fault, we will offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement, at your choice

8. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary by 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

9. Refund Amount

We offer a full refund for approved returns, excluding the original flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 (if applicable). This fee is non-refundable.
